How can I fix it? Any one can help me?

DirectPlay failed to load properly. This is probably an OS installation bug. You might need to reinstall your operating system. Windows 8.1 and later users can install DirectPlay through Control Panel -> Programs -> Turns Windows features on or off -> Legacy Components -> DirectPlay.

Works, my friends use the same version.

I tryied with pirate version and the steam version, and both did same error

yes it should work. i think the patch may be 1.2 looking at this: [You must login to view link]

if your on w10, you can install legacy components which may/not help.

I try and still the same error.
I'm on w8.1
