You're right, it doesn't, which is why I didn't add that part in quotes. However, I'm pretty sure that's what Chris explained that level to be when he made it. Both Dave and Charlie were former staff members. But I suppose anyone worthy enough could be MVP, not just staff.

iirc VIP is for former staff members (can be modified by previous activity and overall contributing to Voobly), while MVP for top players.

I nominate Barry, he is one of the few that actually put in the time and effort into CS while others did nothing except complain. also why OP is considering charlie and dave CS players is beyond me as both are classed as RM players mainly
