Clan tag never shows in-game

Hello,

My clan tag never shows inside the game. It does show in the voobly website and client but not in-game.
I've set my profile option to show and set my clan preferences to force-show the tag. What might be wrong?

That makes sense, it's probably the case. The char limit is 14, tag included, right?

Sorry for the very late response.

I've tested usually anything past

Name + Tag
7 letter name with a 5+ don't show
8 letter name with a 4+ don't show
9 letter name with a 3+ don't show
